How Do I get Started?
Enroll online or call our staff. MDP does not supply credit reports. You will supply MDP a copy of your current credit report from all 3 bureaus within 5 business days.
How do I order my credit reports?
Annualcreditreport.com is a centralized service created by the 3 major bureaus to request your annual credit reports. Legally you are entitled to a free copy every 12 months.
When I request my report does it count as an inquiry?
You may request your report as often as you choose without affecting your score. However, inquiries from potential creditors, businesses, and employers do count and will affect your score. This is why we have you order your own reports.
How long does it take?
Most clients will see significant results in 60-100 days. Each client's case is different, therefore some are completed in that time frame and others take a full 6-9 months.
How much does it cost?
Our traditional program is $199 application fee and $100 per month automatically billed to your credit or debit card. You can drop out of the program at any time, although significant results can be attained up to month six, so we encourage you to remain in the program and maximize your potential. Non-traditional fees are $199 applicaiton fee plus $50 per trade line.
What is a tradeline?
A tradeline is any account on your credit report. These may appear as open accounts, closed accounts, charge offs, collections, judgments, tax liens, bankruptcies, etc.
What is my middle score?
A tri-merge credit report contains 3 scores, one from each credit bureau. Lenders will look for the middle of these three scores. For example, if you have a 560 from Experian, a 540 from Trans Union, and a 600 from Equifax, then your middle score is the 560. This is the score that counts most when applying for credit.
Is there a guarantee on your services?
Yes, all work is under warranty and comes with a money back guarantee. Our clients get what they pay for.
Should I pay off accounts?
It is always easier to pursue deletions when accounts have been paid off. Although this is not always necessary it is usually advantageous.
Should I close my paid off accounts?
We advise to keep as many accounts paid off as possible. Having accounts paid off will not hurt your credit score. An aged account if paid off is a positive on your report. Each client is advised individually on this.
What about my spouse?
The Traditional Program includes a two for one special discount. This will allow both you and your spouse to receive this valuable service.
Is credit repair legal?
Absolutely! It is your legal right to dispute items on your credit report. MDP exercises your legal rights pursuant to the FCRA, FCBA, and FDCPA, as well as other applicable federal statutes.
Do your work with creditors and collection agencies?
We interact with creditors and collection agencies advising clients on what their rights are in each particular situation.
Should I file for bankruptcy?
For qualified applicants bankruptcy can mean a fresh financial start but remember bankruptcy does have far reaching and long lasting effects. It should be considered only as a last resort.

Are stall letters legal for credit bureaus to send?
Based on the laws that the Fair Credit Reporting Act has set, it is legal for credit bureaus to send out letters to notify customers of a response to a dispute or other information (such as informing someone that the bureau is not going to investigate or reinvestigate an item). They also can stall the process by requesting personal information such as your identity for validation purposes. The credit bureaus write these vague and sometimes confusing letters, mostly with the intent of stalling consumers, hoping that the dispute will not be pursued. They also send these letters out hoping to scare consumers away. If they state legal terms or ask for a lot of documentation they hope you will feel defeated and not pursue the issue any further.
